These positions are based in Wellingborough, working with industry-leading machines. These roles offer a fantastic opportunity for candidates looking to join a fast-paced, quality-driven manufacturing environment. Full training will be provided.Key Responsibilities

Support the Print Minder with all tasks during the print process.
Prepare raw materials and ensure all jobs are ready for production.
Assist in producing printed cartons and sleeves to specification.
Help maintain press cleanliness and assist in routine maintenance.
Follow procedures to meet standards.
Maintain clear communication with team members.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Previous print or manufacturing experience (preferred but not essential).
Willingness to learn and develop new skills – full training provided.
Good organisational skills and a proactive work ethic.
A positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
